Stadler AVA Saphir II
Front Cab Design & Modeling | Interior Design | Exterior Livery
Developed in 2022, this project builds on the existing three-car Saphir train. As part of the new interior and exterior design, we were responsible for vehicle packaging, CMF development, modelling and visualisation. We also developed the exterior livery, translating AVA’s corporate identity into a distinctive colour and graphic concept for the vehicle.

The exterior development also included adapting the front cab geometry to the two-car body configuration. For this, we used our in-house modular front-end design platform, originally developed in 2016 and continuously refined ever since. The concept has since been applied to more than 15 train front ends.
